Ray Baxter's practice focuses on a wide range of issues, including finance, mergers and acquisitions, architecture, engineering, design, and construction. He represents both lenders and borrowers in commercial lending areas, counsels investment advisors on regulatory issues and handles general corporate matters, including stockholders agreements and transition planning.

Ray is known for his responsiveness and remaining accessible to his clients. "My job is to understand the client's needs and goals thoroughly and then devise the most practical, efficient, economically conscious and thoughtful strategy to meet or attain those needs," he says.

Ray's clients face various obstacles – including M&A, supply chain concerns, managing costs, and employee issues. No matter the task at hand, he is a results-oriented attorney who enjoys collaborating with clients and advising business leaders to achieve their goals and keep their businesses running smoothly.

Ray graduated magna cum laude from Brandeis University and received his law degree from the New York University School of Law.
