Mayer A. Levitt, DMD, FAGD, Jodena Consulting
Dr. Levitt started Jodena Consulting on a part-time basis in 1989 while still maintaining a large three doctor general practice in Providence, RI. In December 1996, he sold out to his partners and retired from clinical dental practice and began consulting full time. With almost 30 years of clinical experience within the profession, and having been involved as a management consultant with over 525 different dental offices, he is totally qualified to identify dentist’s and dental practice’s goals and desires, as well as their problems and frustrations. He has been involved with at least 100 practice transitions, acting on behalf of both sellers and buyers, and often times acting as a facilitator on both sides of the transaction.

Jeff Hoepf, Regional Sales Manager, Bank of America
Jeff began his career with Bank of America Practice Solutions as a Vendor Account Manager in April of 2006, and was promoted to Regional Sales Manager in January of 2008. For the past 3 years, Jeff has helped First time owners and Established doctor practices all over New England achieve financial success. Jeff also conducts seminars throughout New England to provide young dentists with the tools necessary to ensure financial success in their professional careers. Jeff is a graduate of Franklin University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.

David started his firm, R.D. Randall, in 1987 and offers tax planning and preparation services to dentists and dental practices. David has over 20 years of experience as a CPA practicing at national accounting firms and his own. David practices in the Business Litigation and White Collar Criminal Defense Groups at Burns & Levinson and has nearly 20 years experience in litigating in federal and state courts. His practice includes both complex and civil litigation as well as representing individual and companies in state and federal investigations.
