Experience:

Anatoly Darov has a wide range of experience representing clients in a variety of real estate, construction, environmental and real estate matters. Mr. Darov advises real estate developers on leasing, zoning, land use, and environmental law issues associated with land development projects in various stages of development. He advises owners, construction contractors, and design professionals in complex construction, government contracts, and project delivery and procurement matters. Mr. Darov’s construction practice includes the representation of clients in all forms of alternative dispute resolution proceedings and litigation focused on the construction industry. Mr. Darov also works closely with several Massachusetts public charter schools on formation, operational, and governance matters that impact charter schools and their supporting foundations.

Prior to joining Burns & Levinson LLP, Mr. Darov was an Associate with Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP in Boston. Mr. Darov is a registered professional engineer in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and was previously employed as a Civil Engineer/Transportation Planner for Rizzo Associates, Inc. where he worked on a variety of major infrastructure engineering and planning projects.
