Experience:

Anatoly Darov represents clients in a variety of construction, environmental, and real estate matters. Mr. Darov advises public and private sector owners, construction contractors, and design professionals in complex construction, government contracts, and project delivery and procurement matters. He also represents clients in all forms of alternative dispute resolution proceedings and litigation arising from construction projects. In addition to his construction practice, Mr. Darov advises real estate developers on leasing, zoning, land use, and environmental law matters associated with land development projects in various stages of development. Mr. Darov also works closely with several Massachusetts public charter schools on formation, operational, and governance matters that impact charter schools and their supporting foundations.

Prior to joining Burns & Levinson LLP, Mr. Darov was an Associate with Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP in Boston. Mr. Darov is a registered professional engineer in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and worked in an engineering capacity on a variety of major infrastructure projects.
