Experience:

Since joining Burns & Levinson in June of 2007, Mr. Henderson has transacted numerous mergers and acquisitions on behalf of both public and privately-held companies. He has also counseled clients with equity and debt financings at every stage and with a variety of structures as well as advised clients generally on a wide range of general corporate matters. Mr. Henderson also has an intellectual property background focusing on negotiating and drafting licensing and distribution agreements, publishing agreements as well as advising clients on general patent, copyright and trademark matters. As a member of the firms Sports Practice, Mr. Henderson also represents clients who provide services, technology, sponsorship and facilities to the sports industry, as well as manufacturers of sporting goods and apparel.

Prior to joining Burns & Levinson, Mr. Henderson began his career as an associate at a smaller Boston law firm, where he was a member of the Business Practice, Bankruptcy and Litigation Groups. Mr. Henderson's areas of focus included representation of family owned and privately held businesses with respect to the purchase or sale of assets, entity selection and formation, and general corporate matters.
