Experience:

Prior to joining Burns & Levinson in June of 2007, Mr. Henderson was an associate at the law firm Looney & Grossman LLP, where he was a member of the Business, Bankruptcy and Litigation Groups. Mr. Henderson's areas of focus included representation of small to mid-sized businesses with respect to the purchase or sale of assets, entity election and formation, and general corporate matters. He also has an intellectual property background focusing on negotiating and drafting software licensing and distribution agreements, publishing agreements as well as advising clients on general copyright and trademark matters.
