Chad J. Porter is a Partner in the Firm’s Corporate, Finance, Securities and Real Estate Groups. Mr. Porter joined Burns & Levinson in May of 2000.
He participates in a broad range of activities including mergers and acquisitions, commercial financing arrangements, securities transactions, general business affairs, business disputes, real estate transactions, intellectual property and compliance matters.
Mr. Porter received a J.D. degree from Boston University School of Law in 2001, and a B.S., magna cum laude, from Southern New Hampshire University in 1998. At Southern New Hampshire University he was a member of the Honor Society and graduated with a major in marketing and a minor in accounting. Mr. Porter is a member of the Massachusetts bar.

- $25 million registered direct offering; and
