Experience:
Since joining the firm in 1998, Ms. Murray has represented various companies in complex, multi-property, multi-state acquisitions and financings, multi-property sale-leaseback transactions, real estate development and commercial leasing transactions.
Ms. Murray also represents companies in corporate mergers and acquisitions and venture capital financings and advises clients on contract issues and other general corporate matters.
In addition, Ms. Murray has expertise in representing both borrowers and lenders in various types of lending, including conduit lending, construction and acquisition loans, commercial and asset-based loans, secured and unsecured lines of credit, Massachusetts Housing and Finance Agency and HUD loans, as well as representing lenders and borrowers in workout and foreclosure matters.
