Experience:

Ms. Noël joined Burns & Levinson in July 2003 after participating in the Firm’s Summer Associate program in 2002.

Ms. Noël’s intellectual property practice includes prosecuting, protecting, enforcing, and litigating trademarks and copyrights on behalf of her corporate and individual clients. Ms. Noël’s litigation practice includes representing her clients in an array of issues in the Federal, State and Bankruptcy Courts at the trial and appellate levels. Her expertise includes the areas of intellectual property, contract, employment, real estate, internet, data privacy, and licensing matters, as well as fraud, negligence and other business torts.
