Donald J. Ellis joined Burns & Levinson in May of 2006.
Prior to joining Burns & Levinson, Mr. Ellis was an associate in the business law department of a prominent Boston law firm. He has a general corporate and securities practice, focused primarily on assisting domestic and international clients in connection with early and late-stage private equity and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, asset sales and purchases, private placements and general corporate matters.
