Mr. Chin joined Burns & Levinson in November of 2009. Prior to joining the firm, he was an Associate at the law firm Ropes & Gray. Mr. Chin focuses on patent and trade secret litigation.

- Counsel for major manufacturer of semiconductor devices in its suit alleging infringement of its patented optical disc technology by a competitor.
- Counsel for major manufacturer and supplier of consumer electronics in defense of multiple infringement allegations by a competitor.
- Counsel for manufacturer and supplier of touch screen video games in trial of infringement claims made by a direct competitor.
- Counsel for manufacturer and supplier of hearing aid devices in defense of infringement claims made by a patent holding company.
- Counsel for manufacturer of gaming machine printers in its suit alleging infringement of its patented printer interface technology by a direct competitor.

Additional Information:
- Prior to attending law school, Mr. Chin worked for The Toro Company as a design engineer in the Irrigation Division of the Hydraulics Group.
