Experience:
Francine Gardikas has extensive litigation experience in the areas of high net worth divorce cases, including those involving complex business valuation and asset issues; high conflict custody / parenting disputes; negotiating and drafting divorce agreements, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements; child support and alimony actions; paternity actions; modification matters; removal cases; same-sex marriage and divorce issues; post-divorce modification and enforcement of alimony.
Prior to joining Burns & Levinson in May 2004, Ms. Gardikas was with White, Inker Aronson, P.C. She also previously served as a law clerk at the Massachusetts Trial Court – Probate and Family Court Department from 1999-2001.
