In his corporate practice, Mr. Breiman represents foreign and domestic corporations, investors, Boards of Directors and individuals in various corporate and business matters. Mr. Breiman has extensively advised on equity and debt financing and related securities compliance, venture capital, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, technology licensing, e-commerce, distribution arrangements, start-up ventures and entity formation, business strategy, joint ventures and strategic alliances. Mr. Breiman has represented companies in sectors such as high tech, healthcare IT, medical devices and life sciences, as well as energy and clean tech, manufacturing and security industries.
In his international practice, Mr. Breiman has represented numerous foreign companies and individuals from various countries in cross border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, setting up distribution channels, operations and subsidiaries in the U.S. and has advised US clients on establishing their presence overseas.
Mr. Breiman has extensive experience representing and serving as corporate counsel for companies and individuals engaging in business between the U.S. and Israel and has represented Israeli government agencies in the U.S. He is a frequent lecturer on business and trade between the U.S. and Israel on behalf of the Israeli Consulate in New England, and is actively involved in the community on U.S.-Israel matters.
