Experience:
Ms. Carroll concentrates her practice in intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, trade dress, trade secret and unfair competition matters. She also handles other business litigation matters, and has extensive trial experience in federal and state courts, arbitration, and mediation. Her clients are in the manufacturing, medical, electronics, and food industries. She regularly serves as outside legal counsel to a number of Massachusetts and New Hampshire companies, and also serves as U.S. legal counsel for several Canadian companies.
