Prior to joining Burns & Levinson in 2001, Mr. Murray was with Lane, Altman & Owens where he concentrated on business litigation. He represents corporate and individual clients in a wide variety of matters before administrative bodies and in the Federal and State Courts at the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Murray's practice also focuses on employment matters, product liability and criminal defense.
Mr. Murray has negotiated, mediated and conducted trials or hearings on behalf of corporate clients before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD), Superior Court and the U.S. District Court.
