Prior to joining Burns & Levinson LLP in January 2006, Mr. Grant was an associate with the firm Perkins Smith & Cohen LLP. In his practice, Mr. Grant designs and implements sophisticated estate plans that address clients' concern for the orderly disposition of their wealth, the minimization of taxes, business succession planning, creditor protection, and the special needs of disabled children. Such plans may include wills, revocable trusts, health care proxies, durable powers of attorney, buy-sell agreements, asset protection trusts, special needs trusts, personal residence trusts, family limited partnerships, grantor retained annuity trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, and installment sales to irrevocable grantor trusts.
Mr. Grant administers trusts and estates of all sizes and advises Executors and Trustees on all aspects of the probate process. He also represents clients in matters concerning guardianships and conservatorships for loved ones.
