Experience:

Prior to joining Burns & Levinson LLP in 2004, Mr. MacClary was a Real Estate associate at Hale and Dorr, LLP. Previously, he was an associate at Adelson, Golden, Loria & Simons. He concentrates his practice in commercial real estate conveyancing and leasing. Mr. MacClary has represented both commercial landlords and tenants in the Boston/Cambridge market as well as the Rt. 128/495 area. He has extensive experience with retail, office and warehouse leases and subleases, including various counseling of retail franchises in their Real Estate related needs.

Additionally, Mr. MacClary has counseled numerous charter schools on such subjects as leasing, property acquisitions, financing and governance issues.
