Experience:

Mr. Muniz has represented clients in most of the state and federal courts in Massachusetts and routinely represents clients in the arbitration of commercial disputes. He has experience litigating claims involving breach of contract, tax, disputes involving closely held corporations, employment, real estate, unfair trade practices, interference with contractual relations, fraud and other business torts, as well as claims involving insurance coverage and reinsurance and the False Claims Act.

Previously, Mr. Muniz participated in the Treasury Department's Honor Program serving as a trial attorney for the Internal Revenue Service District Counsel's office in Manhattan. He was a Senior Editor for the New England Law Review and also served as a lieutenant in the United States Navy.
