Prior to joining Burns & Levinson LLP, Ms. Huang was a corporate legal intern for the law firm K&L Gates LLP in their Taipei, Taiwan office. She has experience in drafting and reviewing merger and acquisition agreements, equity investment agreements along with the due diligence process between Taiwan and PRC entities in joint venture deals.
