Experience:
Timothy Famulare was Legal Counsel in the Office of Real Estate and Asset Development for the Massachusetts Department of Transportation. Mr. Famulare advised the state transportation agency on all real estate transactions with the goal of maximizing the value of real property assets and facilitating the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ economic development goals. He has also represented national and local developers, borrowers and investors in multi-faceted real estate and land use practices.

- While attending law school, Mr. Famulare served as an intern for the Honorable Patti B. Saris in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and for the Honorable Gordon H. Piper in the Land Court Department of the Massachusetts Trial Court.
- Mr. Famulare was also an Edward F. Hennessey Scholar and Editor-in-Chief of the Public Interest Law Journal.
