Paul Morton is the Executive Director for Burns & Levinson LLP. He is responsible for finance, human resources, marketing, technology, strategic planning, facilities and operations in the firm. Paul has been managing law firms for over twenty-five years in several communities, including San Francisco, CA and Wilmington, DE as well as Boston, MA.
Paul served on the Board of Directors of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), an international organization of professional managers of private law firms, non-profits and government organizations. In this capacity he was responsible for educational and networking activities for the ALA in the Northeast United States and Eastern Canada. He has also served as a Regional Officer for the ALA, and has served the Boston Chapter, ALA in several different capacities. Paul currently serves on the Education Committee for the Large Firm Administrator Caucus of the ALA. Paul has written many articles and given numerous presentations on different aspects of law firm management.
Paul graduated cum laude from the State University of New York at Albany where he majored in English Education and Anthropology.

Marybeth Celorier is the Chief Financial Officer for Burns & Levinson LLP where she oversees all accounting, finance and billing for the firm. She joined the firm in 2002 and before joining Burns & Levinson LLP, Ms. Celorier most recently worked as the Vice President and Corporate Controller for CRA International, a economic, finance and business consulting firm. Ms. Celorier is a member of the national and local Boston chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators, The Treasurer's Club of Boston and Financial Executives International. Ms. Celorier attended Boston College where she received a B.A. in Business Administration as well as a M.S. in Administrative Studies.

Henry Chace is the Chief Information Officer at Burns & Levinson LLP. Henry joined Burns & Levinson in February of 2003 and is responsible for strategic planning for information technology for the firm. Previously, Henry was the Director of Information Technology at Hutchins, Wheeler & Dittmar in Boston, Massachusetts. Henry had been with Hutchins since 1993 and was responsible for the planning, implementation and maintenance of automated systems for the firm. Prior to coming to Hutchins, Henry was with Gaston & Snow for thirteen years. Henry has served for the past five years on the Board of Directors of the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA), formerly known as LawNet, Inc. He has served as Secretary, President and Executive Vice President. www.iltanet.org. Henry frequently speaks at conferences, seminars and events in regards to the use of technology in a law firm.

Nancy Warren Dunn is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Burns & Levinson LLP. She joined the Firm in February, 2007 and is responsibile for all aspects of human resources including recruitment, benefits and compensation, training and development and employee relations. Nancy most recently worked as the Director of Human Resources for three years and as the Administrative Director for sixteen years at the Boston office of Day, Berry & Howard LLP.
She is a member of the Association of Legal Human Resource Managers and the New England Human Resources Association (NEHRA). Nancy attended Boston College where she received a B.A. in Business Management.

Susan A. Kinnear joined Burns & Levinson in January 2006, after spending eight years at Perkins Smith & Cohen as the Director of Human Resources. Prior to coming to Perkins, Susan was with Edwards & Angell LLP for ten years overseeing office operations and administration in the Boston office. As the Director of Operations, she oversees the firm's office services, construction and build-out, tenant/landlord issues and supply and equipment purchases. She is a member of the national and local branches of the Association of Legal Administrators and currently serves as Vice President of Community Relations. She attended Western Illinois University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Education.

Angeline Mistretta is the Director of Marketing for Burns & Levinson LLP where she oversees all marketing, communications, public relations and business development initiatives for the firm. She has been in the legal marketing field for over eight years. Prior to entering the legal industry she gained experience while in the direct marketing field. Ms. Mistretta is a member of the Legal Marketing Association and sat on the Board of its New England Chapter as a Member-at-Large from 2003-2005. She also co-chaired the Chapter's Annual Regional Conference Committee in 2004 and 2005. In addition, she has chaired the Chapter's annual awards program, the Your Honor Awards, and has been involved in its program committee. Ms. Mistretta also assists in the marketing activities of the Law Firm Alliance (www.lawfirmalliance.com), a law firm referral network. Ms. Mistretta attended Fitchburg State College where she received a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.

Abbi Maher is the Manager of Library Services for Burns & Levinson LLP. She is responsible for the administration of all library functions within the firm. She has been in the library field for over 20 years. Prior to her ten years at Burns & Levinson, Ms. Maher was Librarian for the Boston office of Skadden Arps (1987-1996), Library Assistant for The United States Court of Appeals Library for the 1st circuit (1986-87), and Library Assistant for Foley, Hoag (1983-1986). Ms. Maher is a member of the Association of Boston Law Librarians and the Law Librarians of New England. She attended Emerson College in Boston.
