Burns & Levinson LLP represents numerous companies in the life sciences industries, including medical device companies, biotechnology companies, pharmaceutical companies, and health care providers. While our clients are primarily located in the New England region, we also represent life sciences companies across the country and internationally. We provide a broad range of services, including technology and product licensing, manufacturing and supply agreements, co-production agreements, strategic partnering (including joint venture and development agreements), corporate finance, corporate and intellectual property prosecution and litigation (including patent and trademark prosecution and litigation), FDA regulatory work, as well as labor and employment and HIPAA issues. In addition, we provide all aspects of securities law representation for publicly-traded life sciences companies, including SEC compliance and reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley guidance, public and private offerings, and Board/investor matters.
