Attorney Elizabeth Brady Murillo Elected Partner at Burns & Levinson

Burns & Levinson LLP is proud to announce that attorney Elizabeth Brady Murillo has been elected as a partner in the firm’s Business Litigation group. Lizzie focuses her practice on commercial litigation including employment litigation, contract matters, Chapter 93A (unfair and deceptive trade practices), disputes involving family-owned and closely-held businesses, real estate litigation and condominium law.
“It’s with great pride that we announce Lizzie has been elected as a partner at Burns & Levinson. Her talent as a litigator and dedication to our firm have been evident since she joined our Summer Associate Program in 2003,” said firm Managing Partner David P. Rosenblatt. “We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Lizzie on this important milestone in her career, and look forward to her continued success.”
Burns & Levinson welcomed Lizzie as a full-time associate in 2004. From 2008-2011, she was included among only 2.5 percent of the attorneys in Massachusetts selected for inclusion in Massachusetts Rising Stars.
Lizzie received a J.D. from Northeastern University Law School in 2004 and a double B.A. in Government & International Relations and German from the University of Notre Dame in 1999. She actively volunteers with her local community schools, is a member of the Notre Dame Club of Boston and ND Women Connect and has served as the firm captain for the Walk to the Hill for Civil Legal Aid.
