We emphasize an “open door policy” and encourage our legal and professional staff to exchange ideas and express their views and observations in the workplace. Our Associates’ and Floor Rep Committees foster collaboration and team work.

Burns & Levinson is dedicated to our community. In addition to our pro bono work, we sponsor a children’s coat drive for Horizons for Homeless Children and a United Way campaign each year. The firm participates in the American Heart Association Lawyers Have Heart 5K and volunteers at local food banks.  We participate in the Boston Bar Association’s Summer Jobs Program each year, hiring two students from Brighton High School to intern at the firm during the summer and throughout the school year. Burns & Levinson also holds a Jeans for Charity day each month, with charities that are selected by our attorneys and professional staff as organizations that are important to them, their families and the community.
