Overview

Since 2009, Burns has represented Harvard Bioscience in multiple acquisitions—most recently, a $70 million purchase of Data Sciences International. That deal was particularly complex, as Burns simultaneously represented the company in the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary Denville Scientific Inc. to Thomas Scientific, LLC, and served as its counsel for a credit facility with Cerberus Business Finance, LLC. The intricacies of the project were such that Burns had to leverage its best resources to help this valued client achieve success.
