Alex Harrington is an associate in the firm’s Private Client Group. His practice focuses on fiduciary litigation, including the representation of individuals and professional fiduciaries in complex estate and trust matters, guardianship proceedings, and conservatorship proceedings.
Fiduciary litigation is complex, and the issues clients face are unique and often intense. Alex says, “Disputes involving families and their property, estates, and trusts are sensitive and can be emotionally and physically taxing. I take great satisfaction in providing my clients some relief with practical, informed counsel. I guide them through the multifaceted issues they face and empower them to handle the outcomes of litigation.” Alex represents clients throughout all aspects of litigation — including appeals — as well as in other dispute resolution forums.
