Benjamin Holman



Ben Holman is an associate in the Business Law group at the firm’s Boston office. He focuses his practice primarily on corporate and transactional matters relating to buy and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, private equity, and general corporate governance.

Before joining the firm as a first-year associate, Ben worked with Burns & Levinson’s Corporate group as a Summer Associate in 2022. Ben earned his B.S., magna cum laude, from Babson College and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where he served as a Staffer and Note Editor for the Suffolk Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy and Moot Court Honor Board. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Suffolk University Sawyer Business School, which he completed concurrently with his J.D.
