Bruce Jobse has more than three decades of experience in the intellectual property field, including working as a corporate patent counsel with IBM Corporation and startups alike. He is unique in his field as both a patent attorney and a licensing and transactional attorney.

Bruce prepares, prosecutes, and maintains patent and trademark portfolios for his clients and strategically advises on the legal, scientific, and business considerations when creating patent assets from their ideas. Bruce has extensive experience in licensing, technology transfer agreements, and IP due diligence relating to corporate acquisitions and IP litigation.
