Courtney D. Greenberg

Courtney is a compassionate, zealous advocate who remains sensitive to the often-difficult nature of her clients’ circumstances while educating them on the legal practicalities of their matter. She is candid with her clients to empower them to make well informed decisions, yet is always seeking to ensure their interests and those of their loved ones are protected. “I’m often counseling people in their darkest hour; confronted with divorce, made worse by uncertainty of the impact it will have on their financial future, and facing the possibility of less time with their children,” she says. “I leverage my years of experience to guide them through the court system, with realistic expectations to achieve their desired outcome.”

Outside of her work at Burns & Levinson, she regularly volunteers as Lawyer for the Day at the Middlesex Probate and Family Court and has been involved with the Big Sister Association of Greater Boston.
