Joseph Quinn focuses his practice on helping clients identify and patent their most valuable intellectual property and devise appropriate strategies for IP portfolio protection. He develops and maintains strategic international patent portfolios and helps clients avoid infringing intellectual property rights of others.
Both in the U.S. and internationally, Joseph has had extensive experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications covering a wide range of technologies. He has been a member of numerous litigation teams on both the plaintiff sides and the defendant sides in patent infringement litigations and represents patent holders and trademark holders in foreign opposition proceedings. Joseph also provides advice in all areas of technology licensing and provides extensive due diligence analysis and valuation studies for intellectual property in the context of corporate mergers and acquisitions.
