Lorraine P. Stark

Partner

overview

Lorraine Stark focuses her practice on all areas of probate and family court litigation. She represents clients in divorce, paternity, child custody, alimony, and other modification matters. Her fiduciary litigation practice includes guardianships and conservatorships, will contests and representation for trustees, executors, and beneficiaries.

Lo is a tireless, deeply committed, and effective advocate who has a proven track record for advancing her clients’ interests and securing favorable results whether through litigation or negotiated settlement. Lo has prevailed on behalf of her clients in a range of difficult cases, including securing disproportionate divisions of marital estates, invalidating will and trust documents when the circumstances warranted, and achieving favorable outcomes in custody battles to ensure unemancipated minors end up with the protective parent. What makes her successful as an attorney is her ability to relate to her clients, irrespective of their backgrounds and experiences. She offers them support and comfort in this very stressful and emotionally driven practice area.
