overview
Noelle (Lussier) Maffeo is an associate in the Fiduciary Litigation practice, helping clients involved in disputes concerning families, estates, trusts, and property transfers. Though she only recently graduated law school and began her career as an attorney, Noelle has been involved in legal and policy matters since her undergraduate days.
Noelle provides support and reassurance to her clients in what can be an uncertain and stressful process. At the beginning of a probate matter, she walks her clients through the next steps, strategy for both litigation and non-litigation, and provides guidance on how to achieve their objectives in an efficient manner. She works closely with senior members of her department to plan and execute a well-rounded plan.
“I enjoy my practice because I feel as though I truly make a difference in families’ lives,” Noelle says. “I’m a strong and consistent advocate for my clients, and I enjoy presenting a case succinctly and hearing the judge agree with our case.”
