overview
Sofia Martinez-Guasch is an associate in the Trusts and Estates Group. She helps clients safeguard personal assets and business interests while implementing tax-saving strategies to preserve and protect wealth for future generations.
To best serve each client, Sofia strives to understand their family and/or business venture history, the people who are important to them, and what they envision for the future of their children, business assets, relatives, and themselves. Clients often want to create some certainty for their children and future generations and are concerned that family or generational wealth might be used for purposes other than what a client may intend.
