Sydney Burns is an associate in the firm’s Fiduciary Litigation group. Her practice focuses on complex estate and trust matters, guardianship proceedings, and conservatorship proceedings.
A strategic and dedicated advocate, Sydney works closely with clients to resolve issues and create “outside the box” solutions uniquely tailored to each case. She prioritizes candid communication, so clients have an informed say in all strategic decisions. Conscious of the personal nature of fiduciary litigation matters, Sydney approaches each issue with compassion and understanding of the emotional toll, guiding clients to a resolution during difficult times.
