Dan Hughes represents private and public businesses in transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, corporate governance and operation, securities, venture capital and private equity.

Prior to becoming an associate in 2016, he participated in the firm's Summer Associate Program in 2015. Dan also gained experience in the Enforcement division at the Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as at investment firms analyzing investments and businesses.
