overview

Devon Bodey is an associate in the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution group. She represents a wide range of clientele, including business owners, landlords, employers and employees, and other individuals, both in the courtroom and during dispute resolution negotiations.

Devon provides her clients with tailored solutions to their complex legal issues by getting to know them and understanding their problem from every angle, spotting opportunities and potential pitfalls in each case. By forming a relationship with each client and understanding their personality and approach, she can best help them achieve their goals. While some clients desire a litigious approach, others prefer to utilize methods of alternative dispute resolution from the outset – and Devon is able to conceptualize and execute these strategies from beginning to end.
