Ellen Zucker is a Partner in the Firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Employment and White Collar Criminal Defense Groups. She has successfully litigated and resolved a wide range of employment matters and obtained favorable results for clients in business litigation. She has also secured positive results for clients charged in federal court with money laundering, identity theft and business fraud. 

Ellen’s clients include executives and professionals, as well as construction workers, private businesses and public charities. She has been lead counsel for clients with disputes in several jurisdictions.

Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly has called her a “dynamic trial attorney” who is among the most powerful attorneys in Massachusetts. Chambers USA lists her as a “notable practitioner” who is known by her peers as “a wonderful lawyer … smart as a whip, very engaging and terrific on her feet.” 

Ellen served as law clerk to the Honorable Judge Nancy Gertner in the Federal District Court of Massachusetts. She has served on the adjunct faculty at Suffolk University Law School.
