Greg is an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group. He has represented a range of clients, from large corporations to start-ups and individuals, in complex business disputes in state and federal court. Greg also works in alternative dispute resolution, allowing him to resolve matters for his clients as efficiently as possible while keeping an eye towards the client’s end goal.
Greg’s experience includes automotive/franchise, real estate, condominium, employment, insurance defense, and a range of commercial disputes involving allegations sounding in tort and contract. He has been involved in, both as an attorney and in his prior professional life, both vertical and horizontal construction, including the representation of architects and engineers in the defense of error and omission claims and working with state agencies on public construction projects.
Growing up as part of a family business, Greg applies his unique insights into businesses to understanding his clients' points of view. He focuses his practice on risk management and assessment in order to aid clients in making informed decisions regarding legal strategy, reasonable expectations, and end goals, all with an eye toward potential impacts on their businesses in the short and long term. His education and experience in business is always a guiding factor when he develops a resolution strategy and advises his clients.
Prior to joining Burns & Levinson in 2018, Greg was an associate at a mid-sized boutique firm in Boston that exclusively represents design professionals in construction-related disputes.
