Julia C. Forbes is the Director of Records and Information Governance at Burns & Levinson. Julia joined the firm in 2018 and is responsible for working with firm leadership to establish the strategic development and implementation of the electronic matter lifecycle. She is responsible for both paper and digital process improvements, risk assessment and mitigation, storage, with electronic client file management as her primary focus. She draws on her more than 20 years of experience working in technology services in various AMLAW 200 law firms.
Julia earned a BA degree in Communication from Bridgewater State College, with continuing education and certifications from Boston University and the University of Massachusetts. She is also an active member of the International Legal Technology Association.
