Katie Menard Dalton

Partner

overview

As an attorney in the firm’s Private Client Group, Katie Menard Dalton focuses her practice on all aspects of domestic relations law. Her areas of concentration include marital planning (pre- and post-nuptial agreements), divorce, custody, paternity, child support, alimony, asset division, modifications, contempts, and 209A restraining orders. Katie routinely handles high-net-worth divorces and high-conflict custody disputes.

In her practice, Katie manages all aspects of litigation. She is effective in forging complicated settlements, and is a skilled litigator when resolution is not a possibility. Her strategy throughout a case is client-oriented with close attention to the ever-changing needs of her clients.

With more than a decade of experience, Katie recognizes the client’s need for a confident and resourceful attorney, as well as a compassionate and supportive advocate. She works closely with her clients to understand their needs and goals.

Prior to joining Burns & Levinson, Katie was an attorney at Todd & Weld, where she also practiced domestic relations law.
