As a patent attorney and litigator, Laura Guillod has experience prosecuting patent applications, performing freedom to operate analyses, and litigating a wide variety of intellectual property, commercial and pro bono cases. She has worked with clients through many stages of prosecution and litigation, including from initial case development and office actions through discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, witness preparations, expert reports and analyses, pretrial preparations, hearings, and IPR proceedings.

Laura earned a degree in Chemistry, summa cum laude, from Princeton University, where she also won awards for her coursework in Physics and Engineering. Laura served as a tutor and a substitute teacher in public schools before settling into the practice of law in Massachusetts.
