Laura works to understand her clients' businesses so that she can counsel and advise them with strategies to minimize risk.

Laura concentrates her practice on complex business disputes. Her practice focuses on commercial, contract, business tort, intellectual property, and securities claims. Laura also has experience with parallel criminal and civil disputes, as well as with internal investigations.

Laura has appeared in state, federal and multi-district litigation, with experience at both the trial and appellate levels. Her pre-trial litigation experience includes pre-suit investigations, written discovery, expert discovery, depositions, and drafting dispositive pre-trial motions. She has taken and defended individual and company designee depositions. Laura has second-chair experience at bench and jury trials, including with opening statements and direct examination.

Outside of the courtroom, Laura handles cases in alternative dispute forums, such as arbitration and mediation.
