Leslie Muldowney is a partner practicing in the firm’s Finance, Real Estate, and Corporate Groups. Her practice focuses in various aspects of business and transactional law, concentrating in sophisticated commercial transactions, including multi-property and multi-state financings, national and local financings, construction financing, commercial and asset-based lending, secured and unsecured lines of credit, loan participations and syndications, and real estate and corporate workout and restructuring transactions on a local and national basis.
