Leslie Muldowney is a partner practicing in the firm’s Finance, Real Estate, and Corporate Groups. Her practice focuses in various aspects of business and transactional law, concentrating in sophisticated commercial transactions, including multi-property and multi-state financings, national and local financings, construction financing, commercial and asset-based lending, secured and unsecured lines of credit, loan participations and syndications, and real estate and corporate workout and restructuring transactions on a local and national basis. She also represents lenders and developers in all aspects of real estate acquisitions, sales, development, and commercial leasing. Leslie also has experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions, as well as venture capital financings. Her client base includes financial institutions, commercial mortgage companies, real estate developers, middle-market companies and start-up ventures. She has also represented various syndicators involved in low-income and affordable housing tax-credit projects.
