She is a registered patent agent admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Marlo received her B.A. from Boston University with a major in Biology.

Her experience consists of drafting and prosecuting domestic and foreign patent applications, assessing invention disclosures for patentability and freedom to operate, conducting due diligence, performing prior art searches, and providing patent strategy advice to clients. Her practice focuses on life sciences and medical devices. Marlo has over 12 years of experience in intellectual property practice.
