His practice covers patent, copyright and trademark disputes as well as IT-related issues, such as data security, privacy, CFAA claims, open source, SaaS and cloud computing. Having worked in the technology and engineering industries prior to becoming a lawyer, Merton knows the ins and outs of related businesses and uses this knowledge to support his practice.
