For over 35 years, Nancy has practiced law exclusively in the area of domestic relations. The firm was proud to have her serve as Chair of the firm's Divorce & Family group and Co-Chair of the Private Client group from 1989-2016. Clients rely on Nancy to handle divorces, separations, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, child custody and support, as well as actions for modification and contempt. She deals with enforcement and modification of decrees entered in other states, reciprocal child custody, gay and lesbian divorce, and complex asset division situations. On a more global scale, Nancy also handles cases involving the division and protection of family assets and international and Hague Convention cases.

The media often calls upon Nancy as an expert on divorce and family law issues, and she has been interviewed and quoted on a wide range of issues including domestic violence, child custody, infidelity and many other topics. Nancy has appeared on “Chronicle” and several local Boston television stations. The Huffington Post has requested several articles from Nancy, on topics ranging from domestic violence to alimony reform. She has been quoted as an expert on domestic violence, child custody, infidelity and other issues in articles from Sports Illustrated, NYPost.com, Foxnews.com, ParentTime, the Boston Globe and the Boston Herald, among others.
