Norm Spector has been practicing corporate and banking law exclusively at Burns & Levinson since 1971, after serving as the firm's first law clerk in 1969 and 1970. His practice now focuses on representing banks in their middle market lending activities to businesses, including commercial and industrial loans, commercial real estate loans and tax-exempt loans to non-profit organizations. He also continues to provide strategic advice to small and mid-sized businesses and their owners.

Norm has been continuously part of Burns & Levinson since 1969. Until recently he served as co-chair of the firm's Corporate Department and its Finance Group.
