Patricia Hennessy

Director of Inclusion & Diversity

Boston, MA

"When I entered the legal profession, I experienced and observed some of the headwinds that those of us who identify as female faced and continue to face. As a white, able-bodied, heterosexual, cisgender person, I was less aware of the headwinds of other under-represented groups in our profession. I have had the privilege of hearing the career stories of hundreds of lawyers and law students over the years and have become all the more committed to using the power I have as a member of the dominant group across many dimensions to make change."
