Boston, MA, Jan. 7, 2022 – Burns & Levinson has added two lateral attorneys – Meghan Fay and Janet Scognamiglio – to its team.
Meghan Fay is an associate in the Real Estate Group, where she focuses her practice primarily on residential real estate conveyancing. Fay joined the firm from a law firm in Cambridge, MA. She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from New England Law, and her B.A., cum laude, from Boston College.
Janet Scognamiglio is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Group, where she will handle business, finance and transactional work. She previously focused her practice on debt finance, including transactions involving venture debt, real estate and SBA financings. She received her J.D. from Boston College Law School and her B.A. from Duke University.
