February 18, 2015
Burns & Levinson Partner Alan Lipkind has been named a “Client Service All-Star” for 2015 by BTI Consulting Group, based on BTI’s independent survey of corporate counsel to identify the top U.S. lawyers for client service.
Lipkind, who has a broad-based civil litigation practice, is experienced in all aspects of litigation from discovery through trial and appeal, as well as mediation and arbitration. He handles real estate and business disputes, contract matters, construction, Chapter 93A, and business torts as well as local permitting issues.
Now in its 14th year of publication, BTI relied on in-depth interviews with more than 300 legal decision-makers to compile this list. These included individuals at the world’s leading organizations spanning more than 16 industries, including financial services, energy and insurance.
