Christina Murray is a Partner practicing in the firm's Real Estate, Finance, and Corporate Groups. She has extensive experience representing operators and developers of multi-family, retail and senior housing projects, and solar projects in all areas of commercial real estate transactions including, multi-property and mult-state acquisitions, dispositions, leases, easements, option agreements, title, survey, and zoning matters. In addition, Ms. Murray has experience representing both borrowers and lenders in various financing transactions, including REIT transactions, lease financing, conduit lending, construction financing and acquisition loans, commercial and asset-based financing, Massachusetts Housing and Finance Agency and HUD financings, as well as representing lenders in workout and foreclosure matters.
