Henry Gaylord is an associate in the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Employment Groups representing clients in disputes concerning business torts, contractual obligations, intra-business, commercial landlord-tenant relationships, trade secret, non-compete agreements, and employment discrimination and retaliation before state and federal courts in various jurisdictions. Henry represents individuals, startups, owner-operated small businesses, and large companies.
Henry’s priority is helping clients find their voice. His clients’ goals are at the forefront of his advocacy, and he works to understand their situations and the issues that they are facing or anticipating. He informs them of the process and options of their case, ensuring that they know their rights and obligations, and how to use the legal system as a problem-solving tool.
